Cafe Continental - Stoke-on-Trent

This restaurant is unacceptable. I was appalled by the condition of the restroom and the attitude of the staff member. My child, who has special needs and a weak bladder, was not allowed to use the restroom because I didn't have cash to pay for a drink. The staff member even looked us up and down in a disapproving manner. I will never dine at this establishment again.

The additional touches that come with the meals and drinks really elevate the experience. The ambiance is delightful and the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly.

Located just off The Strand, I decided to stop by for a quick bite and drink. The staff was very friendly and the coffee was excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not very accessible for disabled individuals, but the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. Luckily, the weather was nice and we were able to enjoy our meal outside in the sunshine.

I went to this cozy cafe for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious Americano I ordered. It was much more affordable than the popular chain coffee shops.
