The restaurant experience was disappointing and I will not be returning. The food was bland with very little spice and only lukewarm upon arrival. It took 10 minutes after requesting a time to collect our order. The staff was rude, ignoring customers at the reception area who were trying to order food and instead focusing on answering the phone. View all feedback.

Delivery was late, but eating was beautiful would be reordered
The best Indian era in the opposite! very spicy, without being over hot. we usually cleaned balti and chicken emeralds. recommended
Has only one if the best meal times ever from here. all the elements inc starter, naan and rice were fantastic. I had to fight my wife and daughter while they tried to fight me when they decided to leave. only critique was bhaji not hot enough.
I have had many wonderful dining experiences at The Palm, but unfortunately tonight was not one of them. The beef was extremely tough and impossible to eat. When my wife reached out to the restaurant about the issue, they simply dismissed it as one of those things and offered us a free mushroom rice on our next order. Unfortunately, that was not satisfactory for us. We have decided that we will not be returning to The Palm in the future.
