I've never encountered empty bowls served alongside my meal, nor have I seen two oysters presented with multiple empty bowls to take up space on the plate. Even though it was a hot day, we were blown away by the waiter's expertise with oysters and the owner's knowledge about fish. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the hand-cut chips were delicious. The white peach salad was fantastic, and the bubbly wine added the perfect touch. This place is incredible, and I can't wait to return to enjoy the West Australian oysters again. We had take away. Wood fired grilled Tommy ruff and a fish Burgher and chips. Extremely disappointing. At the price it was nothing special and the chips were almost burnt. We decided not to go there again. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
