they love this pub, the personal is so friendly and friendly. Eating could be better, but it's not bad. the new pizza van is great, but we hate to order the app, it is so a faff and not get why they can not just say what they want instead. that brings us how it takes so long to order, but the pizzas are good when they finally fulfill the task. Westerton's arms are the most famous bridge of the allan pub. divided into two halves, one to drink (of the most Scottish with paint patterns) and another to eat, is undoubtedly the most popular recreational pub in the area, being also a frequent meeting point for local inhabitants in the beverage area, the most popular request are Scottish beer paintings. surprises the scarce variety of whiskies. in the opposite area, the restaurant, we will find quite traditional food and in relation to its price is very good. In fact, it's usually full almost always. a point against it is the fact of not admitting reservations, which makes eating there (sometimes) a newly renovated authentic struggle (including new web,) this pub represents the spirit of this people (which for many is too begging).
Unexpected five star reviews are the best type of five star reviews. I visited the westerton in my days before the year. I'd probably have that back then.
We ate here during a last trip to Scotland. we stayed on the road and were tired of a long day of travel, tours burgen and loches and only.
I've been to westerton because I had eaten and hadn't had the pleasure of sitting in the bar, but the restaurant part of this little public to say.
My son is at Stirling University so took him for lunch. Lovely food, friendly staff , great place. Worth a visit
