At the park's entrance lies The River House, a restaurant located next to an artificial lake. The restaurant’s exterior is made up of several wooden modules, giving it a cabin-like style. My experience at The River House was enjoyable, with a versatile menu suitable for both casual and formal dining, particularly at dinner. The modern kitchen offers a mix of traditional Scottish cuisine at reasonable prices. The duck and pork dishes were very good, while the preparation of the squid was surprisingly impressive. The River House is a wonderful place to enjoy good food in a cozy setting in the heart of the countryside.

We had a fabulous lunch during our first visit to this restaurant. The steak pie and sea bass were both very tasty, and the desserts were delicious. I was impressed with the Heineken Zero on tap. The restrooms were spotless, and the staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Interior was nice, but this is exactly what was good about the restaurant itself. eating was good pub-grub. the service was inconspicuous and it took 30 minutes to pick up our order. in any case they would not recommend for the prices. a word to describe: “Unterpar”
