Have been here a few times for a pre theatre meal and particularly like the quirky menu always something a bit different on offer along with the tried and tested e.g. the haddock and chips when you get a fish the size of a whale. Much quieter in the evenings but noisy at lunchtime, especially if there is a children's matinee on. View all feedback.
What Oldgreyman doesn't like about Clive Ramsay's:
I do not think you would go to he mcrobert especially for a meal or a drink. O k if if you are popping into the theatres but otherwise not a great place. Fairly good selection of food and drinks but you feel as if you are sitting in a hallway, as there are a number of folk passing through. Probably too expensive for majority of students. Excellent local food supplement to bridge of allan. beautiful hot eating coffee, and all the great small tasty bites that they would expect from a deli.
It was empty when we went in and took a while to find a server They were at cafe section serving had to go and get them Menu was poor and expensive so we just left
Clive Ramsays have an excellent fridge selection from which you can choose toasties, sandwiched, baked potatoes and pastas, as well as a range of breakfast/snack granola/yoghurt pots. Lots to choose from with comfortable seating and bright decor.
Well prepared and tasty food but selection could be larger. Fine for a pre cinema meal or snack at a reasonable cost.
Lovely lunch here. My friend is vegan and the chef amended one of the platters for her. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced.
