What georgewK1869JH doesn't like about Chez Roux:
Small number of choices on the menu. Compared to when we were last here about a year ago. This can be a good sign but wasn’t this time. My guess is that the current chefs don’t have a full set of capabilities for short notice choice. Good sized portions but not the same quality of taste in our view. View all feedback.
I recently visited this area to see some friends and we decided to treat them to dinner at this amazing restaurant. We chose the freshly prepared and delicious Chateaubriand from their extensive menu. They offer a wide selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. The service is top-notch and although the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food and service make it worth it. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend dining at this first-rate restaurant.

Beautiful surroundings with excellent service and furnishings. The menu was varied although the dessert menu was very limited. The ambience was spoiled by the strong smell of cooking fish during our meal even though we were not too near the open kitchen.
Dined here a couple of evenings while resident in the hotel. Service outstanding. Although the menu is limited we thoroughly enjoyed our choice and 3 course meals each evening. Particularly liked how as a couple you are not seated too close to other diners.
