Coffee was ok, my MIL went back in to get her order fixed. Girl at counter gave attitude like she was put out. My wife’s coffee wasn’t even the right order as well. Some people have bad days and apparently today was that day for them.

I have never seen disgusting starbuks like that in my life. The tables always disgusting. Whenever I came to Starbucks, I need to clean my table by myself every time! also, there are insects above the food and anyone can see that from the window. Event if it not for sale it is digusting too see something like that. there is should be a huge monitoring about cleaning and sanitizing. I hate coming to Starbucks because of this bad treatments. it seems like that the employees don’t care about it too!

I'm not one to complain but I've been going to Starbucks for quite some time and I get the same drink every time. However, I'm getting a little ticked off when I'm paying extra money for things like extra Caramel drizzle and extra cold foam and then them not doing it. I also order online so they have enough time to get my order correct before I get there. I also always put line the cup with caramel but they never do it. It's just getting a little old. I posted a photo of what I ordered vs what I got.

My wife and I visit this location regularl and it's great except today the guy on the register was very smug and had no customer service ! Disappointed
