For those looking for vegetarian options, there are several appetizers like spring rolls and vegetable wontons, and the Ma Po Tofu ramen can be made vegetarian as well. View all feedback.

What Zachary Dupree dislikes about Devoted:
I am truly surprised that this place has a 5-star rating. I'm not someone who tends to complain, nor am I an overly critical person—I'm just a casual diner who doesn't usually have high standards. However, this was the most flavorless ramen I've ever encountered. The broth tasted more like salt than anything else. My dish was meant to include pork belly, which should be a fatty cut, but there was absolutely no fat to... View all feedback.

Hidden at the back of an Asian market, this is truly a hidden gem in Stillwater. Only about 15 seats at a bar top and a 6 person table, this was quaint and an overall great experience. We had a group of 6 and went on a Saturday night around 6:30 and had to wait around an hour to be seated. Plenty of things to see walking around the shop though. The food was delicious. $12-$13 for most entrees, which is a good price considering the bowls are huge. This was a great experience!Dietary restrictions: Nut-free kitchen, Beef Pho is the only gluten free option but took every precaution for my friend who is gluten-free

My family and I removed from HI to Stillwater, and HI has a multitude of cuisines to eat. And I had been craving ramen of some kind plus I wanted to visit the Asian market that is in the front of the restaurant. We have been to the restaurant twice already and my youngest son actually is friends with the son at that owns the Asian market. But, I wanted to see how their ramen compared to the ramen that I was used to eating in HI. Actually my whole family was because we have had really terrible ramen in HI and fabulous ramen. (Also I had trouble connecting the fact that pho was on the menu since this dish is not Japanese it's actually Vietnamese. The first visit:We ordered the Not Your Grandmother's pork and cabbage gyoza. We all enjoyed the gyoza. I was meh on the dipping sauce. I wanted the sauce to be more acidic. But overall the gyoza was great. Kudos also for not calling them potstickers. LOLMy oldest son ordered the spicy Chinese beef noodle soup. He said he really enjoyed his meal and would order it again. My husband ordered the chili shoyu ramen. He said it came pretty close to what he expected to shoyu ramen. Including all the toppings, like the nori and the soft boiled egg. He said he's not sure if the would be a ramen place he would come to again. (Thus the 4 star rating But he tends to be picky. My younger son ordered the Shoyu ramen. My younger son LOVES ramen. Did I say he loves ramen?! He said it was really good and enjoyed all the toppings and cleaned his bowl. (He's 11. So for him to do that is pretty impressive. Plus he was loves the toppings. It was so good that before we left he said he wanted to come back. I also ordered the Shoyu ramen as well. I liked my ramen, I enjoyed the toppings as they were pretty close as you could get to the real deal. Also, I think my noodles wanted my noodles to be slightly less al dente. I would've liked them to be slightly softer. BUT the thing that I did not understand was the micro greens. That isn't a ramen topping. Green onions yes, micro greens no. Otherwise the broth was good. I tend to judge any ramen or pho by the the taste of the broth. If it tastes like trash, I'll eat it but I'll choose to eat something else. Also the char shiu was good but not seasoned enough. Overall the first visit was good. We all left happy and full!Second visit: (This time my husband didn't come with us, as he was out of state Appetizer:We ordered the gyoza again. Since it went over so well the first time around, and the kids enjoyed them so much I figured it was a good choice. Again I'd love for the sauce to be more acidic. My oldest son this time ordered something different. He ordered the spicy shoyu ramen. He did say he wanted to order the Chinese spicy noodle soup. But he wanted to try something different, so he choose this. (He said that he didn't like the cilantro. He said that was his fault for not realizing that it was in the soup, so he should have said he didn't want it in his dish. My younger son ordered the Tori Paiten ramen. He said it was really good, but also realized his also had cilantro and the micro greens. But was ok. He enjoyed his ramen as well. But could have done without the micro greens and cilantro. We all think cilantro tastes like soap. LOL!! I ordered the pho. I love pho. Other than ramen, that's my second favorite kind of noodles. I was shocked at the amount of noodles I got. It was so much! LOL I was disappointed that I didn't get a choice of meat for my pho. In HI most pho restaurants allow you to choose what kind of meat you'd like in it. Or if you'd like seafood. Also, normally the basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños are served on the side. Not already placed in the dish itself. It's put on a plate on the side, so you can put how much you would like in the bowl yourself. The broth was ok. But I did enjoy it and fulfilled the craving for pho and/noodles. There so far that we've found 2 restaurants that serve ramen and pho in Stillwater. By far Devoted is hands down
