Alexanders Pancake House - Stickney

It used to be one of my favorite places to have breakfast but less than a month ago I ordered a breakfast with meat and I asked for my meat well cooked and when I tried it it was red with blood and blood and I asked them to cook it more and when they brought it to me it was Burnt and bitter, I asked them to bring me another one and they didn't want to give me another meat... they told me I had to take it, I told them... I don't want it, it's burnt and they did nothing and charged me for the full plate without having eaten the meat. Terrible I won't be back

First ever coming to this place. I came here with my honey and we were immediately sitted. JILL was our waitress she came over introduced her self. Jill thank you for being so attentive and checking on us. I know she had more tables because this place was busy. Alexanders people like Jill make the experience of coming here more pleasant. I ordered the Alexander skillet . We only ordered one and split it. The serving is a lot and enough to split if you wish. The hashbrowns are nice and fluffy with the green peppers ham cheese onions and scrambled egg all cooked to perfection! Cheffs Kiss! We also had the oven baked french toast amazing we added glazed strawberries! To the people in the kitchen thank you for making this first time a great experience! Jill you are amazing and keep doing what you do!

Really good food and friendly service. Kid-friendliness: My kids loved there food!
