The food at this restaurant is always cooked slowly, which results in long wait times. It is clear that the kitchen staff is either inexperienced or not properly equipped to handle the large number of customers coming from an unknown source. The kitchen can only handle a maximum of 5 tables at a time, which is disappointing considering the restaurant's supposed high standards. In the end, the food tastes average at best.

I reached out a week in advance and received consistent communication from Rosanna regarding our reservations and order. When we arrived, our room was amazing and perfectly accommodated our group. Our order was promptly served and exactly as we had requested, including our gluten-free options. Everything was delicious and the customer service for drinks, meals, and rest was top-notch. I will definitely be returning for future events. I want to express my gratitude for the fantastic service and dining experience. We were well taken care of as a large group and received extra attention without any issues. Thank you to all the staff for their assistance!

I was very disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. I went with my husband and friends from Indiana. Despite quickly placing our orders after receiving the menu, we waited almost 10 minutes for our non-alcoholic drinks. My husband didn't even get a chance to see what was in his calzone or what he needed to add. When we received the bill, we were shocked to see that the build-your-own pasta options we ordered ended up being much more expensive than expected. My fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and shrimp cost about $27, which seemed excessive to me and my friends. We arrived at 7:00 and didn't receive our food until 9:45, with the last 25 minutes dedicated to waiting for our meals. Overall, if you're willing to pay a lot of money and wait a long time for your food, this restaurant may be for you.

Service, which is excellent in view of personal questions. Slowly. beautiful bracelet with mushrooms and perfectly prepared ribeye! the waitress was there!

Fantastically affordable Italian cuisine! Everything is always cooked to perfection and their pizza is to die for! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, well trained, attentive (but not overly) and know how to treat their guests.
