To begin we were seated and the table wasn?t... read more I booked my sons birthday party here today and did it thinking it would be easy and stress free. Boy was I wrong!!! To begin we were seated and the table wasn?t even fully set up. We purchased the most expensive package and honestly it was a huge waste ofmoney. About 30-45 min the pizzas started coming out. Two pizzas and we ordered 6. There were 20 hungry people. It took themover an hour for my guests to get fed. It took the staff over an hour to even bring us plates. I kept having to go back andforth and ask about our food. It was embarrassing. Then when came time to sing the birthday dance, the two staff members helpingChuck E were whispering to each other and laughing which was extremely rude. Our package also included goody bags and dip anddot ice cream which I had to remind them about after our two hour window ended. We waited over 30 min to spend our pointsbecause they were severely understaffed. It was honestly a joke and my family and I would never come here again. The staff hasno training and don?t know what they?re doing at all.

The employees are very welcoming, tables and floor a well as games, restrooms and cashier/ prize counter are always clean, the food (pizza! is delicious.. and it's rarely crowdedso you and the family will have plenty of time with all the games! Love it, can't wait to go back!!

Surprised to see several games were down,... read more First visit at this Chuck E. Cheese. The mouse house is always a joy to take the little ones out to play for the day. Surprised to see several games were down, not too crowded at the time we showed up, and the pizza is always delicious. Seem to have several employees on duty but the service at the front desk is slow. Go prepared to know what type of play time you want because I felt rushed. Love the trampoline they have. Now I know I won't have a party here. There's no longer Chuckie who comes out and entertains. The band is no longer there either. Still a great and fun place to come. Thank goodness it was drama free unlike the one where I live and used to go.Kid-friendliness: Kid atmosphere Playland for sure! Love this place. ?
