The service at the counter, provided by Mary, was outstanding. She was excellent at upselling and it was evident that she really enjoys her work! The atmosphere was very cheerful, and the restaurant was clean and comfortably warm. We were asked several times if we needed breadsticks, which was a nice touch—I've been to other Fazoli's where they never asked at all. This location truly stands out. The staff worked together seamlessly, too; I noticed one employee, after finishing her tasks, started cleaning another area to stay productive. Mary even took a moment to thank her, which was lovely to see!
Good fast food and friendly service. The Wednesday Senior Meals with Entree, salad, bread sticks and a drink for $6 can't be beat anywhere. Definitely going back again.
We really appreciate the friendly and experienced lady at the counter with white hair and a lovely smile. She is always so nice and welcoming!
We had a great meal and service was spot on. Gail S. was very pleasant and accommodating. Gave a 4star because I don't like so many bread sticks given, when we order, before our food comes. Then they get cold.
Employees were friendly service was fast but not thrown together and everything tasted wonderful. Incredible service from the girl up front Tia , she's awesome
