The atmosphere... read more The service at the counter, provided by Mary, was outstanding. She was excellent at upselling and it was evident that she really enjoys her work! The atmosphere was very cheerful, and the restaurant was clean and comfortably warm. We were asked several times if we needed breadsticks, which was a nice touch—I've been to other Fazoli's where they never asked at all. This location truly stands out. The staff worked together seamlessly, too; I noticed one employee, after finishing her tasks, started cleaning another area to stay productive. Mary even took a moment to thank her, which was lovely to see!
