Whoever was working the the kitchen heated it somehow after it was made. The cheese wasmelted, the veggies were hot and wilted, and the bread was hard.

We were the only customers in there and the order screen said ?no orders?, yet the employees couldbe seen standing around eating in the kitchen .

She slammed the window in my face and refused to help me and then lied to her boss on the phone to save face. I love Arbys but I won?t bother with thislocation again.

The fries were cold. had to wait for fresh ones. Ketchup dispenser was not working. When I went to the counter I was ignored. The girl behind the counter walked back and forth from the fry station to the back of store. Finally the cooksaid something to her. Also I think they washed the floor with soda it was very sticky and our shoes stuck to it. Used to be agreat place to eat.
