Noodleosophy

Delicious vegetable noodles! The broth was very flavorful and you can choose your type of protein. My coworkers also got dumplings here and they all loved it. A great spot for a quick lunch.

The place is filthy. It's hard to find a clean table. ?

Waited 30 minutes for my order, and then was told they were sold out of my order and I could either eat this random dish they were going to hand me, or I could get a refund. I asked for the refund and the staff told me they couldn't actually handle the refund and I had to leave my phone number so they could call their manager (who wasn't on site) to handle the refund. No other compensation was offered for the 30 minutes I waited.Whole time I was waiting, they were constantly handing out orders to pickup/delivery orders. If they wanted to be an online order shop, maybe don't have an onsite location when they clearly can't handle the workload?No idea how the food is because I never got anything to eat from them and I don't plan on waiting again. Oh yeah, and right outside their store front is this doll claw catcher machine that plays awful cheap music which further added to my annoyance during my whole wait for nothing.

The portion is quite generous which I appreciated. I thought the curry noodle soup was quite solid. The soup reminded me of a laksa and the noodles were chewy in a good way. The shaved beef was kind of clumped together, but other than, it was a satisfying bowl of noodles!

The beef stew with wide noodles was delicious, with a hint of spices and the noodles soaking a lot of the flavor. I just think that the wait time was way too big for a noodle place.
