Went there 2 times in the last 2 weeks. Every employee was nice and good at their jobs. Chicken was hot and fresh both times. I will only be eating this stores food. Steubenville KFC is 100 times better then Weirton so just go to Steubenville store. View all feedback.

The service there is pretty fast there is never for many people there so that you can relax and eat there
The chicken seems to be a bit salty, otherwise it was hot and fresh. The customer service is great. From start to finish I was in and out of the drive-thru within 5 minutes.
On this particular visit, my autistic child was excited and expressed himself in his usual way. A manger was giving us very rude and unnecessary looks. Everything else was fine but managers are supposed to teach courtesy, professionalism, and especially good customer service. She definitely was not representing that.
