This seems to be a common issue at Sheetz locations. I’m really frustrated with businesses that shift their operational responsibilities onto customers, like self-checkout lines and malfunctioning machines. As soon as the Wawa opens nearby, I’m done with this place.

It's con... read more This Sheetz location usually has the lowest gas prices in the area! The store is well-stocked, and like most Sheetz locations, the restrooms are clean. It's conveniently located near the intersection of Sterling Road and Loudoun County Parkway, making it ideal for commuters and visitors to the nearby Walmart. However, getting in and out can be a bit tricky. To turn left onto Loudoun County Parkway, you first have to turn left onto Yardly Ridge Road, then take another left onto Arcola Mills Road before finally making your desired left turn. I found this out the hard way by turning right onto Loudoun County Parkway (the only option at the traffic light) and having to drive all the way to Route 7 to make a U-turn just to head back in the direction I wanted. I aimed to return to Sterling Road, but unfortunately, all other roads in the immediate area don’t allow U-turns. Because of this inconvenience, I am giving this location a four-star rating instead of five.

The restrooms are w... read more This is undoubtedly the best gas station in the area! The staff is extremely friendly, and the store is consistently clean and well-stocked. The restrooms are well-maintained as well. I really appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru. I can’t emphasize enough how much I love this Sheetz!

Inside was large w... read more On my way to Sai Temple I passes a Sheetz in Arcola for $3.55 a gallon when Ashburn was $3.86 so on my way back I stopped off to fill my car. Inside was large with many folks buying lunch. Seemed a good place for gas however the air pressure gauge, whilefree, was not working so had to go to another station for air.

It's common among Sheetz stores. I'm tired of these businesses that offload theiroperations burden onto customers (self checkout lines, coffee machines, etc). The second they open the Wawa nearby I'm done withthis place.
