The restaurant gave off unwelcoming vibes. The girl at the front counter was the most unpleasant person I've encountered in years. She seemed utterly miserable and had no problem making it known. Can say with great certainty that Iwon't ever be back.

If I got extra cheese and veggies(again, I didn't order them so it's not their fault) my sandwich prob would have been amazing as long as the veggies werecooked soft. Mozz sticks were great. Didn't taste like they came out of old fry oil and were still crispy in thecontainer. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and I will update the review when I try their pizza.

Called back to say I got hung up on to be immediately hung up on again and AGAIN. Finally a different person picked up which I told the story to and cancelledmy order. Not worth any of my dollars for that kind of rudeness to their customers for no reason whatsoever. They won't lastmuch longer with all the similar reviews I read.

There weren't a lot of food option... read more Due to a comedy of errors I was in Sterling with my very hungry niece and nephew, waiting for their dad to come pick them up. There weren't a lot of food options, so we walked to the pizza place and I asked for the fastest thing they could make. That wasa pizza. That pizza was in the oven before I had even finished checking out and was out of the oven and in a box and in my handsfaster than the time estimate I was given. The woman at the register even came outside to tell me it was done. It smelled great!Was the pizza good? I don't know. I didn't eat it. My niece and nephew liked it and their stressed out dad was grateful. Thepeople who were working in this pizza shop were really kind to me. Five stars for the customer service I got. Thank you formaking a stressful night much less stressful for us.

I?m not sure the point of my post, because I aim to be known as ?one of the good customers ? UPDATE: After 3arguments with my mother about it she decided address it. Had taken the complementary meal. The food was so-so. A for effort.
