The staff lacked empathy and concern when all the payment machines at the gas station were out of order. They were unhelpful and dismissive, merely repeating that the systems were down without offering any apologies. I would suggest steering clear of this location; the service was very disappointing. I purchased a drink and asked if I could use the restroom. The staff member laughed and denied my request. When I kindly asked for clarification, he rudely told me it was not for customers. I won't be coming back.
