What User doesn't like about Cava:
Avoid this restaurant! Tonight, my server was great and provided me with plenty of food. However, his coworkers were extremely rude and seemed more concerned with rushing through orders than providing good service. Very simple menu with very complex flavors. I had one of the chef bowls. the flavors went very well together. The level of spice was perfect.Food: 5/5
This was my first experience at this particular CAVA, and I ordered online. While they offer the option of more portions of certain ingredients, hummus, pita crisps, etc. They forgot the corn, and the meal was ice cold when I went to pick it up 2 minutes before my 1pm pick up. The pita chips were soggy and taste like the oil they were fried in, and ultimately were inedible. I also asked for a bag and utensils, but had to wait for a few minutes before someone noticed me waiting to receive a bag. There was no line or people waiting to be helped, and the employees seemed to be in their own world making custom drinks for each other. Ultimately, this establishment should consider how things are being conducted and improve upon their quality and customer service.
We love cava. Freshly made, great ingredients and a lot of different options. I have been reading that the braised lamb is halal, but I am not sure. I would like it if they serve a halal chicken as well. (PLEASE do cava!! We always get the bowls, and we love their app as well.Food: 5/5
Food is alright. But the service leaves a lot of room for improvement. This place definitely needs additional staff to cater to in-store customers and customers who order online. There’s no point in ordering online if it takes 30 minutes after you get to the store to get your food, even though you place an order 15 minutes before you get to the store. Fastest option is to go to the store and order directly from there. Oh well…I guess I wont be using the online ordering system if I ever decide to visit this establishment again.
