They have been there since 1967, and they don't stay in business until they have nothing to offer. here is chicken george you have to try.

I love this place! I had an ex, which would bring me here every year on Valentine's Day, so it's a real one since I came in. I decided to show myself.

Grabed a pound of the famous Chicken George while on the way to the quad cities. Very slightly baked chickens with several interesting sauce options. It is worth going out! The interior of the restaurant is charming and historical with this great Illinois home friendly service!

Good meal. Salad was very fresh. Had the chicken George. I mean, this is what they are so well known for when in Rome... It is basically chicken strips with a vinegar-based sauce. The chicken was slightly baked and juicy. It was perfectly cooked. I really liked the sauce. I didn't think I would, but it had a nice taste. Had mashed potatoes as a side (I mean, I had a salad so I deserved the potatoes they were good, Gravy was very embarrassing. If you have a chance, stop, not regret.
