Fantastic value for the price! This local breakfast and brunch spot features friendly servers and owners. I tried their cinnamon roll cake, and it was the best I've ever had at any restaurant! I would not recommend this place because they charge you extra for using a credit card. So many small business owners are shooting themselves in the foot by punishing their customers for paying with a card when so few people carry much cash any more. Very nice waitress. Pam went above and beyond. Pam was very patient with me i was upset because of my grandma back at the hospital (not covid) thank you for great service and yummy food
Best breakfast place in town. The owners are so nice and the staff is friendly. The food is so good. breakfast or lunch.
They are so nice. They even put a table outside for us so we didn't have to leave our puppy in the car. We are so thankful that they are such gracious hosts!
The Red Apple is worth the extra few miles off the I-88! Our server, Amanda, was very helpful in suggesting the regular customers favorite meals. I chose the healthy omelet with spinach and topped with avacado and fruit on the side. She said the cook arranges the fruit in different patterns for each plate and really cares about the presentation of each meal. The restaurant and bathroom were very clean and they even have hand sanitizer on the tables for you to use before your meal. We will definitely go back when we drive by Dixon again.
