What a beautiful place! The food is divine, and the wine is even better! The service is excellent as well. It's truly a hidden gem! We would come back any day, especially in the summer when we can enjoy wine and lunch on the veranda!
At the restaurant, each person is required to order at least two platters. The portion sizes are just right. Three of us opted for a starter, main course, and dessert, while one friend chose two desserts instead. I started with the lemon ravioli accompanied by Gorgonzola cheese, and it was absolutely delightful. The cheese was well-balanced and not overpowering at all. For my main dish, I had the pressed lamb shoulder, which was rich in flavor and incredibly tender, served with a flavorful jus. My dessert kept up the standard and was equally delicious. We shared our dishes so everyone could have a taste, and we’re definitely looking forward to returning. It's an amazing place!
The service was friendly and prompt. I had a glass of Haskell Cabernet Sauvignon, which was delightful, while he enjoyed the Shiraz, also wonderful. I can't wait to go back to try more of the platters! **Edit:** We returned last night for dinner, and wow! Both the cold starters of salmon and beef were incredible. The pork belly main dish and the lemon meringue dessert were truly out of this world. Just wow!
Love the idea of the sharing platters. Nice family style ambience, attentive and friendly staff. The beef wellington took a bit long but the food was definitely worth the wait...good wine too
Not only did the restaurant have an amazing view over all the vineyards, but the service was excellent and staff incredibly friendly. The menu is designed for the customers to order share plates. The food was tasty and fresh and i will definitely go back there for the experience again.
