Delicious food, friendly owner and super nice waiters, but we will never eat there again. If you, as the owner in the restaurant, rant at your staff because he made a mistake and therefore became so insecure that he started making more mistakes, so that the whole restaurant can hear and see it, then the atmosphere is immediately gone.
