I really enjoy this location in Salisbury. The staff here seems to be very consistent, which is not always the case in restaurants. Yesterday, I tried the veggie skillet and it has quickly become my favorite breakfast option at this Sals location.
Do not let exaggerated reviews deceive you. I visited this restaurant for breakfast this morning. My order was taken promptly and my food was served within 10 minutes. I ordered the breakfast special, which was delicious (this is not a fancy 5-star restaurant, it's a diner) and presented neatly. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly and attentive, even during busy times. I also tried their Wafer pie, which was sweet, soft, and delicious. The Red Velvet cake could use improvement, but that was the only flaw. I have visited many Salisbury Houses in Winnipeg, and this was by far the best service and food I have experienced at a Sals. The management is great and the staff is wonderful.
