The staff prefers to ignore customers instead of taking orders... their system of a person who definitely does not work. We waited for over 30 minutes to place our order for food. The staff was rude, shocking so, at customers who tried to get their attention. Overpriced.

As the only mountain restaurant on the side of the Zurs it was not surprising in the lunchtime on the terrace (sunny day) but the service was fast and efficient. We had the Tyrolean Grostl who was good.

Rude or arrogant waiters, food at best average and don't come when you want something to drink. You wait 20 minutes at least. For a simple espresso 30. And the waiter could not care less. Even makes a thing about bringing the espresso already after 25 min. So ... not worth to go anymore!!
