Throughout our trip, we also enjoyed their breakfast burritos. On our first order, I realized they had mistakenly put egg instead of tofu in the burrito, so I brought it to their attention. The young man was very apologetic, and the cook quickly prepared a new, fully vegan one. The mochas were great as well. I must admit, I ended up buying quite a few vegan treats from the food department, haha! View all feedback.
What Marina Toy doesn't like about Wildplum Eatery:
After finding out that Beau Jo's in Steamboat doesn't offer vegan cheese or plant-based sausage, we've given up on this place. We made two simple requests: could we substitute chicken for tofu and get some vegan cheese? Both requests were refused. Although they have these options available, it's clear they aren't interested in accommodating vegan customers. Very disappointing. View all feedback.

After discovering Beau Jo's in Steamboat, we were disappointed to find that they don't offer vegan cheese or plant-based sausage. We've given up hope for this place and made two simple requests: can we substitute tofu for the meat, and do you have vegan cheese? The answer to both was no. Although they have a reputation, it seems they're not willing to accommodate vegan customers.
We also tried the breakfast burritos a few times during our trip. The first time they were brought out, I noticed there was no tofu, so I asked about it. The young man was extremely apologetic, and the cook quickly prepared a new (totally vegan) one. The mochas were also good. I ended up buying way too many vegan sweets from the food shop, haha!

After discovering that Beau Jo's in Steamboat doesn't offer vegan cheese or plant-based sausage, we set our sights on this restaurant. We called ahead to make two simple requests: asking if we could substitute tofu for the chicken and if they could provide vegan cheese. Unfortunately, the answer was no to both. Even though they have these ingredients, it seems they aren't willing to accommodate vegan customers. Very disappointing.
