A must-try in Steamboat! The dining experience was one-of-a-kind and the dishes were perfectly prepared. The decor was tastefully done and the ambiance was just right. Our party had a food allergy and the staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure that the allergen was not in any dish we ordered. They even customized some recipes for our table so we could enjoy as much of the menu as possible. The service was ou... View all feedback.
What Jenny Maurer doesn't like about Besame Steamboat:
The food was tasty, but the service was lacking. Our waitress was difficult to hear and not very attentive. She promised to bring a wine cooler but forgot. To top it off, we were hurried out by the hostess at the end of our meal, suggesting we move to the bar due to another reservation. This was unprofessional and left a bad impression. Despite other available tables and groups who arrived before us, we were asked to... View all feedback.
Our big party had a wonderful experience. the cocktails were unique and tasteful. the sangria is worth an order despite all other great drinks options. the bar was able to make some custom cocktails for us with ease. we share the great paella, and it was delicious! many eat for 8 hungry people and we took rest to the house.
Excellent flavors and inventive dishes! The fried brussel sprouts was exploding with different flavors, the salmon ceviche and plantain chips were a good combo and tasted very fresh. Good cocktails too. Paella wasn't the best I've had but was the best in Colorado I've tried and is loaded with meat and seafood. We had the bread pudding for dessert and I'm not usually a bread pudding fan but it was great! A little expensive but happy hour is a good deal and it seems everything is pricey in this resort town anyway.
Such an adorable little spot in Steamboat. My wife and I shared some drinks, which were super tasty and a bit strong! I'm only giving 4 starts though, just due to the price. $23 for a rum a coke seems a bit steep, but the atmosphere was adorable!
The restaurant was fine. This may sounds funny but the croquetas are VERY overpriced, only 3 SMALL croquetas for $14.00, not worth it at all, unless you have never tried croquetas before. I would recommend trying something else. Also make sure to make a reservation since the place is very busy.
Steamboats best restaurant! Latin food bursting with unique complexity. Every dish is exceptional and the atmoshpere is elegant and cozy. You won't be dissapointed!
