Unpleasant dining experience at restaurant; I found a cockroach in the soup. Surprisingly, the staff's reaction was indifferent. They took the soup to the kitchen, returned in 30 seconds without throwing away the contaminated dish. Great service from the waitress, she was happy to serve us and we never went out of something to drink
