Fantastic good service and amazing food. The sushi chefs are very skilled. The restaurant is comfortable with an relaxing interior. But unfortunately the overpriced wine package overshadowed the total experience. Totally not worth the money. Buy a bottle or stick to beers. Service: Dine in View all feedback.

Sabi Omakase deliverers an extraordinary meal and experience. This must be one of the best meals I've had in Norway. Roger is a great chef and it's great to see him perform on stage. He is a fun guy and his stories are great and the food even better. The wine pairing is a perfect fit with the food. This is a 12 seat restaurant and the atmosphere is cosy and intimate. Perfect for such a meal. Head to Stavanger and enjoy a great meal!
Fabulous experience with flawless sushi and exciting wine pairings. The cosy and private setting gives Sabi Omakase an exclusive yet unpretentious feel, and both Roger and Mladen do a great job of guiding guests through their creations with informative and poignant anecdotes. The understated jewel in Stavanger's culinary crown. Highly recommended.
Excellent dining experience with 5* chef and sommelier. It is full of pleasant surprises, and attention to detail was given to every dish. Ingredients were fresh, and nothing was compromised. In my opinion, the restaurant deserves at least two Michelin stars. Will definitely recommend to family and friends to visit, and will be back when the opportunity arises!
