My husband, who is celiac, was served differently with all gluten free dishes in the course meal. The fresh ingredients from local farms, many different tastes put on each dish with layers. In general this was the BEST food we had in Norway. We are so delighted that all family members could enjoy it without worrying about cross contamination. In fact, some gluten free dishes looked better such as dessert.
