University Café - Staunton

I've been here a few times and there really doesn't seem to be any consistency with the Starbucks drinks. I figured it was just because, as a university cafe with the higher turnover rates that come with it, the majority of baristas are new and still learning. However, a few days ago, I witnessed an older employee (boss? unprofessionally yelling at a younger employee. The younger employee was newer and, from what I could gather, was asking for help with something. So, maybe there's no consistency in quality because the newer employees aren't working in an environment that fosters the ability to ask how to better do their jobs.
