All I got was hot and ready bread sticks, but they were amazing, perhaps the best I have had. I've actually gotten food here often and have never been unhappy with my order. View all feedback.

Picked up pre-ordered pepperoni pizza. It was OK, nothing to write home about.
Well, ordering online was a breeze, but my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I unpacked my food. Despite shelling out for two sauces for my breadsticks, I received one that was barely half full and the other looked like it was on a diet. The fresh cheese pizza must have been sunbathing under the heat lamp for hours, tasting as dry and lifeless as cardboard. Cutting through the crust was like trying to break into a fortress. And don 't get me started on the pepperoni pizza it looked like it had been sliced blindfolded. Needless to say, I won 't be giving them a second chance and wouldn 't recommend this place to my worst enemy. What a waste of money!
2300 WestBeverly. Thursday 10:45pm called and answered with. give me a minute and I 'll take.your order and placed the phone down on the counter and would not pick the phone back up for the duration of our drive to 2300 West Beverly Street. Upon arrival was told that the store would be closing in one minute. We inquired if any food was left to purchase and were told No . When backing away from the front of the store the whole family witnessed the employee placing food into the drive through area. Three opportunities for generating revenue for your business were rebuked on this evening during advertised business hours by those you gainfully employ during those hours.
I made an order to pick up through the drive thru and after about 35 minutes, I finally received an email saying my order was ready for pick up, but when I pulled up to the window, and had to remind the employee multiple times what the name of my order was because she kept forgetting, she tells me that my order is in fact not ready. So I had to wait another 20 minutes before she comes to the window and asked me again what the name on my order was, and she walks away and then finally comes back with my food. Its just frustrating because they tell you that your food is ready when in reality, they are probably nowhere near finished. I also had my one year old in the car with me and he was screaming the entire time, so that just made my entire experience so much worse.
Ordered online waited over 40 minutes before I got my order.....no customer service or acknowledgement by the staff. only see 1 person doing anything and they was the only was
