Dirty greed. when they arrive, they are strengthened by all regular customers. we also had to pick up the menus themselves. finally ordered. had to wait 1 1/2 h... read more Dirty greed. when they arrive, they are strengthened by all regular customers. we also had to pick up the menus themselves. finally ordered. had to wait 1 1/2 hours. was not paid at the table, so had to be in cash. the staff gave maintenancelessness, but seemed more than enough waiter. the tables were left undisturbed up to 1 hour. they saw more like a lack of training and routine for those on the floor. in any case they need a better administration of the place! they also managed to be sold out for pizza! and almost half of the menu. the eating tasted so good and could probably get the place up to 2 stars, but was such a regrettable experience that it will be 1 star.

Was told that it woul... read more Should enjoy ourselves on Sjøterrassen with food and music. Got menu with info that most things were sold out ... Ended up ordering pizza. Was told that it would take about 30 min. After 45 minutes we call for the pizza. The waiter apologizes that there is a lot to do, but says it is ready in about 30 min ... time passes, we call for the pizza again .. they apologize again ... after 2 hours of waiting, the pizza arrives. It does not hold goals. If you want to serve food, you must be able to deliver food to the table in less than 1 hour. Disappointed. Will not be back.
