We had to grab our own menus and wait 1 1/2 hours to order.... read more This restaurant was a disappointment. Upon arrival, we were ignored by all of the regular customers. We had to grab our own menus and wait 1 1/2 hours to order. Payment had to be made in cash as there was no option to pay at the table. The staff seemed neglectful, with the exception of our waiter who was attentive. The tables went uncleaned for up to an hour, showing a lack of training and organization on the floor. Management of the restaurant needs improvement. They were also out of pizza and almost half of the items on the menu. The food was tasty and could have earned the place 2 stars, but the overall experience was so disappointing that it only deserves 1 star.
