Pizza Hut - Statham

I’ve given up on this location. We’ve tried it several times since moving nearby, each time it’s worse. Last order placed on their app wasn’t even started when I got there for pickup (app said it was ready) after another 15 minutes later it was ready- cashier offered a credit nut then the manager said he was ‘too busy’ and would ‘do it later’ Glad he didn’t bother because both pizzas had 4 inches of crust all around. At least Dominoes is only a block away.

I will drive my way out just to come to this location and if I do talk to Miss Karina, she is amazing. Great personality great Customer Service this girl deserves a raise. Thank you for your service.

Just went to go get a pizza from curbside pickup, and I just wanted to say that karina (I’m sure I spelled it wrong) was awesome! She was sweet when she answered the phone and overall just had a great attitude. Me and my girlfriend appreciate it!

Friendly staff and excellent service. The food was great too!
