Always a pleasure going into Starbucks but sometimes when they get in a rush, the drink is shortchanged. I'm paying for a full cup but have received a half of cup and a lot of whip cream even though I ask for light whip. Other than that, I'm good overall. View all feedback.

I cannot believe how one of the employees spoke to me after I attempted to inquire about our drink order. I simply asked if our order was lost because people who ordered after us got their drinks first. At which point he found it appropriate to loudly reprimand me and tell me “don’t go there because you don’t know what goes on back here.” I understand that different people work on hot and cold drinks, I’m not dense.... Good coffee but the drive thru time is ridiculously slooooooooow. I know it's not fast food but dang.
Every time I come through the drive through the service is terrible. Hope the new Starbucks in town hires people who cares to simply be nice. People working the drive through never tell me my total. Stop having rude workers work the drive through!!
The seating is limited, and you're right on top of the table next to you, but overall it's clean and everyone was friendly.
