Chili's Grill - Statesboro

Our waitress was fantastic; she was extremely attentive throughout our meal. Unfortunately, the food did not quite meet expectations. The baked potato soup and loaded mashed potatoes were delicious, but the sirloin steak was disappointing—it had a lot of gristle and was quite chewy. On a positive note, the flavor was well-seasoned and the temperature was perfect. The atmosphere was average. I would consider returning, but I would definitely avoid ordering a steak next time.

There was only one waitress present during our visit, which was understandable since the restaurant was quite slow, and we were the only ones in the dining area. We intended to order dessert but didn't see the waitress again until we were about to leave. It's not a major issue, but it might be a good idea to have more staff available, even on quieter nights. As for the food, it was decent, but the burger was rather bland.

The service here was excellent. Brendon the Bartender is so friendly, attentive and helpful. He offered cool suggestions to make my drinks interesting, kept our glasses full and engaged in pleasant conversation while tending to us and making drinks for thedining room. Sierra, who was our server for dinner was also a delight. She was prompt, very pleasant and took our orders and gotus served in a timely fashion. The restaurant was clean and gave us a very enjoyable evening. The food was good, though theservice was exceptional.

I had the worst experience ever! The server was friendly, but the general manager was quite rude to me. I ordered a ribeye cooked medium rare, but it came out medium instead...

The food took an incredibly long time to arrive; I had to wait at least 30 minutes, which felt excessive. I was really frustrated, but overall, the meal wasn’t too bad.
