I visited this restaurant for the first time on 4/25/22. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and bright. I tried two pieces of the pfanne-style dish, which were both very good. I also received a complimentary piece of the new arugula, swirl, and tomato with balsamic vinegar. It was interesting and tasty. I would recommend trying this dish without the sauce as well. What User doesn't like about Pronto Pizza Pasta:
Yesterday evening, we ordered a Vinny's Philly cheesesteak pan pizza. A family member had ordered it before and was expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, the American cheese on the pizza was not cooked at all. It looked as if the slices had been abandoned and not heated. The pizza was completely disgusting. This restaurant seems to have declined in quality rapidly, starting with their Philly cheese steak rolls. View all feedback.

The staff are super nice and the food is great. The pizza is a little pricey though.
Great pizza and quick service. I love their app!I always ask for it well done because how they usually make it is a bit too floppy for my taste.
Food is great but they always forgetting something i order then you have to wait another 45 minutes to get the rest of your order. Especially soda. If the soda order is broken they should fix it or come up with a different way to give the customer order . It’s been going on for years. I’m done ordering from them. Integrity works for me. Good Bye Pronto!!!!
I haven't gotten Pronto in quite a while and we were not disappointed the heroes were excellent ......and the rice ball parmigiana was delicious
