Mother Mousse - Staten Island

Very happy with the way the cake came out. I ordered a red velvet elephant cake for a baby shower it was amazing. The cake was so fresh, fluffy it was a hit. Not one dessert was left. I am a forever customer, if you haven't tried them go out to victory location try a slice.

I would like to thank Lori and the crew at Mother Mousse for the amazing cake they made for our Baseball Reunion. Not only did it look great, but it was fresh and delicious. Everyone was amazed and absolutely enjoyed it!!!

My go to bakery for any special occasion. I’ve gotten custom cakes and custom cookies twice, one for baby shower and another for a birthday, they did such a great job. Delicious! They never disappoint. Those little mini dessert cups are to die for!

The deconstructed cake you guys made was both beautiful and delicious. The fondant was very tasty, and I am not usually not a fan. Best I've ever had. Went on previous purchases and word of mouth. Ordered a red velvet cake for daughters birthday. Was inedible by all dense with thick globs of cream cheese filling the worst cake ever. I can't imagine how this bakery operates for this many years. Very upsetting we could not enjoy the cake on her birthday.
