I left specific notes for the store, but it seems like none of them were read. What's the point of having a notes section if they won't even bother reading it? When I received my sandwich, I found out that the roll was old, and the overall taste was underwhelming. I was really looking forward to the new management running the store better, but this one fell short of my expectations. I feel like I wasted my money on this purchase. The whole experience was frustrating, and I feel like the store could have done a better job in preparing my sandwich and following my requests. It's disappointing to receive a subpar sandwich, and I hope that the store takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.

In this neighborhood, a gallon usually costs between $4 and $5. I decided to head up the block instead. Additionally, the quality and service at the deli counter were extremely disappointing.
