Mcdonald's - Staten Island

The experience was a frustratingly long wait, and when I finally received my order, only part of it was in the bag. To make matters worse, the items that were included were cold. This has happened to me multiple times now, so I won't be returning. Food rating: 1/5.

This is a nice McDonald's that is always clean, with tidy tables. The customer service is quick and friendly. As of September 4, 2020, the drive-thru is very easy to use, featuring two different lanes for ordering. The orders are processed swiftly, and my food is always prepared correctly. They also consistently ask what kind of sauce I want for my nuggets.

Excellent service! When I arrived, the restaurant appeared to be extremely busy, which made me anxious about potential wait times, but to my surprise, it was very efficient! The staff were friendly and quick to take care of each order. Kudos to the management for running such a smooth operation!

Very clean inside, and it was recently renovated. Seems Luke someone is always on the floor keeping it tidy. A few times we’ve had issues (It happens everywhere) with our order and they fixed it with no problem. The drive thru line gets a little long at times but they actually move pretty quickly.

The line for this place. we waited an hour in the line! the staff was very nice, but most of the time sat on their phones only.
