Everything was fantastic, as always! The guacamole was fresh and made to order. The mixiote special was delicious, with plenty of shrimp, perfectly seasoned. The crab empanadas were a delightful surprise! And oh, the sweet plantains filled with cheese and garlic are some of the best appetizers I've ever had! I absolutely love dining there! We enjoyed sitting outside, which was the highlight of our experience. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. My husband ordered a vodka, and it was shockingly small for $14. Overall, we left feeling very let down. View all feedback.

Before, during and now, after the pandemic, Maizal has become our “go to” place. Maizal staff are always pleasant accommodating. The food and cocktails are first rate and range from basic Mexican fare to more sophisticated specials. We love Maizal!

We sat outside on a lovely day. All the food was excellent, and also my margarita. Nice menu. Appreciated the medium size choice. Excellent refilling of water glasses. It was a friend's birthday, and she loved the experience.
