Friendly Bagels Deli - Staten Island

The prices are excessively high for the poor quality of food they offer. It seems they are taking advantage of our first responders and doctors. Half of the shelves were empty, and the other half contained items that nobody wants to buy. This place definitely needs to be shut down given those prices.

I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars because I ordered lox but it was never delivered. They didn’t reach out to offer a replacement, which meant someone went without food. I ended up having to call another place instead.

The service was disappointing. Perhaps it was because it was a slow time or maybe the cashier just lacked basic friendliness. He seemed more focused on his phone than taking our order, and when I asked if they had coffee, he appeared rude. I simply wanted to confirm whether they had to brew a fresh pot since it was 3 PM on a Sunday. I can confidently say that I will never spend my money here again. I'd rather go elsewhere and pay more for better service.

I love this place they have good food and his sandwiches no expensive

I ordered a sandwich for lunch today and my debit card was compromised an hour after I charged my lunch. I have been calling to inform them and they don't answer the phone. Crooks I will not order from there again
