Very bad customer service , I show the guy at the front the offer that says you get free holiday drink when you order food aheadon the app and he?s like ? I don?t know ? .. then he gave me black coffee not the holiday drink that was on the app ..
Always friendly and care is always taken to prepare everything correctly.
I will only go to this restaurant at 5:15 in the morning for my frozen mocha coffee. Any time after the morning shift is like playing Russian roulette.
I ordered three ice caramel macchiatos with cream, but they did not have any caramel taste inside. The service was also really bad, which made me very angry.
I saw the manager wipe her face without washing her hands and not wearing gloves. I immediately cancelled my order and left the restaurant.
