What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
three timme I was here and they are made of Bacon-Ceddar bites that I would have been good with if not to order them still on the menu, but replace the evil spinat for them and not tell me! I said I don't even want her! View all feedback.
I've visited this restaurant three times, and each time they've been out of the bacon cheddar bites. This wouldn't have bothered me so much if they hadn't kept them on the menu. Instead, they offered me the spinach bites without informing me, which I didn't want at all!
Not open 24 hours. The staff closes the door and doesn't even bother to open the window after 10 PM.
There's nothing quite as delightful as waking up and ordering Dunkin' Donuts through DoorDash. It always arrives quickly, which is a definite plus. Sometimes, regular coffee just doesn’t cut it. If DoorDash isn’t an option, you can always drive to the store and soak in the vibrant energy of the hardworking staff and the long line, reminiscent of the old game Snake. Two lines form: one for online orders and another for placing orders at the register. The staff here is truly exceptional. I once lost my wallet, which was full of cash, and the manager found it and returned it to me the next time I visited, even though I hadn’t realized it was missing.
This is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts on Staten Island. The coffee is always served hot, and the donuts are consistently fresh. The staff is also noteworthy—extremely friendly and courteous.
I visited Dunkin' to take advantage of their national free donuts for Veterans promotion, as I am a veteran myself. When we inquired about it, the employees seemed dismissive and looked at us as if we were unreasonable. They claimed they hadn’t been informed about the promotion. Although it was frustrating, we took the time to explain the situation and asked them to check with management to see if their location was participating. Instead of assisting us, they questioned, "Do you really want us to get our manager for that?" I replied that they didn’t need to bring the manager—it would just be helpful if they could ask. Unfortunately, they refused to do so, and we decided to leave calmly. I’m sharing this review not because of the donut I didn’t get, but because of the rude attitude and behavior we encountered. It wouldn’t have hurt to simply ask. I hope they can improve their customer service moving forward.
