I love the food here. Especially the boneless spears ribs. I saw them cooking with a grill unlike other chinese restaurants I have been to. Believe me it taste so much better when it is cooked with a grill and the BBQ sauce is delightful. View all feedback.
What Ace S doesn't like about Di Di:
The food that I just got is absolutely disgusting. The fries and chicken tasted like refried old food. I wouldn’t be surprised if they resell old food that didn’t sell. The delivery was super fast, it makes you think, how in the world can they get the food out the door that quick? The food has my stomach upset. It’s going to be a long time before I try this spot again. View all feedback.
Didi is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Staten Island. Moo goo gai pan is my favorite dish. Oh my goodness, we love you!
I just purchased some wings and fries. They were decent, but a bit on the smaller side.
This restaurant on Port Richmond Avenue is the best option for budget-friendly Empire Szechuan-style food. I ordered the sesame chicken and boneless rib combo with pork fried rice (instead of pork lo mein) and a side of pan-fried pork dumplings. The dumplings were inexpensive but much better than others I have tried on the avenue. The boneless ribs actually had meat on them, which was a pleasant surprise. The chicken was a bit oversauced and sweet, but still okay. I remember when it used to be either No 1 or Didi, but now the clear choice has been made.
The restaurant offers excellent fast food options. While it may not be located in the safest neighborhood or the most upscale establishment, the quesadillas are delicious, especially the steak quesadilla. It is a great choice for those looking for a quick and satisfying meal.
Shut this place down! It has many violations and I found a bug in my egg drop soup. The lady who answers phones is rude and unprofessional.
