All I can say is wow! I hadn't heard of the Seafood Nasi Goreng dish until I spotted it on their menu. Now, I make sure to order it once a month. The flavors in their food are incredible, and they serve generous portions, so you’ll likely have leftovers. If you appreciate delicious food, this is the place to order from! View all feedback.
What Betsy R doesn't like about Ceylon Curry:
I hate to get this place a bad review because the first few times I was there the food was excellent but the last time I was there the prices had gone sky high and the food was downright bad. I paid $25 for deviled mutton that was a small portion and the worst deviled dish I have ever had. It was edible but not like any other place in the neighborhood and just not very tasty at all. In addition the staff was clueless... View all feedback.
I absolutely enjoy the food and the packaging. It truly brings back memories of home-cooked meals.
The chicken fried rice is tasty, but I noticed there wasn't much chicken in it. The same goes for the mutton biryani.
I ordered pork kottu, but they served me fish instead.
I ordered the fish bun, some rolls, lunumiris, along with dahl and coconut sambal, and a coconut roti. Wow! What an incredible lunch. I arrived right as they opened, and the staff was so kind to serve me their fresh and available dishes. They even made me a delicious milk tea with fresh ginger pieces! This place offers fantastic home-cooked food of the highest quality. A few nights ago, I had their chicken kottu and made the trip back from Long Island just to enjoy some more of their dishes. It's that good! I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Sri Lankan cuisine!
The Sri Lankan food is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. The owner and staff are very friendly.
