They were open late, and honestly, I didn’t expect to find ice cream available at almost 10 PM, but these guys were there for me! The staff was incredibly friendly both on the phone and in person. They offered a wider variety of cake types than I’ve seen at other places. The gentleman who wrote on the cake we ordered was truly like a calligrapher. I wish I had taken more photos, but I was so happy with my ice cream and my overall experience that I hardly thought about anything else.

My family absolutely loves the ice cream here! We usually order two medium to large bowls of mixed flavors, and it’s always a fantastic experience.

They made my son's cake for his 10th day celebration when I requested it on the spot. Their prices are very reasonable, so I've even bought two cakes for different parties. Thank you!

You really need to update your hours on Google Maps and on your front door, as the information is incorrect or your employees were misinformed yesterday. It was listed as 9:17, but I was told I couldn’t order because you close in 13 minutes. I know you’re supposed to close at 10, so I'm not sure what's happening. I checked the app and left my home based on that information. This is very disappointing.

I am 7 months pregnant and have gone to this location almost nightly around 930/945 for a milkshake through my entire pregnancy. Tonight a new staff member told my husband that she would not turn the machine back on to make a shake because it was 30 mins to close. This is the first time I’ve heard this in the whole 7 months we’ve been going in. I spend over $5 for a shake here daily and cannot believe this is how you treat customers. Instead I went around the block to Baskin Robins who had no problem doing their job.
