Sorry to say this but the staff was coughing while cooking with no mask. The wait took so long. It wasn't worth the time let alone the money spent!!

Food is fresh and hot service is good, but it is in a gas station can't really sit and eat

Same person at cash register prepares your food without changing gloves. And incredibly, manager will tell you it’s fine, it’s clean. It has happened two times, so this is apparently standard practice. Watch for yourself how they don’t change gloves after using the register. The mayo is also kept so warm it is darkening and separating. Do better. Care about your customers. Don’t risk making them sick. update Oct 25 2023. Returned. They now have one person at the register, and one person making the sandwiches. That is an improvement. That shows they care about cleanliness. Unfortunately, they forgot the ketchup I requested on my burgers. They also forgot the pickles. And they forgot the mayo. And they forgot the tomato. And they didn’t give me napkins as usual. “the new guy is only here two weeks,” they said.

When I approached the counter I noticed 3 young men laughing with each other, and being inattentive to their surroundings. After I got the attention of one of them I asked for a simple order. Which was 2 burgers to be made the same way. While I was looking at drinks in the gas station's fridge these 3 decided to make the order of another guy that came in, ahead of mine.Then as they handed me the bag with my food they decided to take it back. That's when I saw one of them looking at a screen that had my order listed, and he realized his co-worker got my order wrong. After making me wait to fix it (it's like they didn't realize, and/or care that I noticed their mistake) they had a bad attitude w/me as when giving me my food.It's sad to see this place is going backwards in who they hire. They have men-children that take having a job for granted, and that lack respect for others. I will never buy from here again, or recommend to anyone else.

I specified to call me before delivering my food and was just left on the floor of my steps ….. I didn't appreciate that..
